It is the responsibility of any vendor to notify the Commission at procurement@flyroa.com when solicitation packages are downloaded from this site.  Any vendor wishing to receive addenda pertaining to the download solicitation packages shall submit the following to procurement@flyroa.com: bid proposal number, company name, contact name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that they have a complete and accurate solicitation package, and any addenda issued, if any, before submitting their formal bid or proposal package to the Commission. The Commission retains the right to reject any incomplete submittals.
